Our No-Risk Hearing Aid Trial Policy

 
     If, during the 45-day trial with your new hearing aids­, you decide to return them for any reason whatsoever, you may do so in accordance with our “no risk” policy as described below.

     Although NYS law allows us to charge a “return fee” calculated at 10% of the purchase price, our policy is to waive that fee and give you a full refund unless -- and this occurs only rarely -- you have a hearing problem that requires an extraordinary amount of professional time requiring  experimenting with numerous hearing aids. In this case, the 10% return fee will be applied. But even then, we may choose to waive it.
