Our No-Risk Hearing Aid Trial Policy

If, during the 45-day trial with your new hearing aids, you decide to return them for any reason whatsoever, you may do so in accordance with our “no risk” policy as described below.

Although N.Y. State law allows us to charge a “return fee” calculated at 10% of the purchase price, our policy is to waive that fee and give you a full refund unless -- and this occurs only rarely -- you have a hearing problem that requires an extraordinary amount of professional time for adjustments, reprogramming and refitting of numerous hearing aids. In this case, the 10% return fee will be applied. But even then, we often choose to waive it.
